Robust Planning of Distributed Generators in Active Distribution Network Considering Network Reconfiguration

چکیده

The energy crisis and environmental concerns have accelerated the development of active distribution network (ADN) with a high proportion renewable energy, which poses challenge to operation power system. Moreover, using management means promote consumption is an important task ADN. Therefore, as means, reconfiguration used enhance adjustable capacity system at planning stage. Firstly, “wind–light–load” uncertain scenario set constructed address uncertainty wind speed, lighting, load. On this basis, robust optimization model for distributed generation taking into account reconstruction in ADN proposed. In addition, generator (DG) permeability indicator introduced improve ability absorbing energy. A linearized AC flow utilized calculate flow. Finally, via simulation IEEE 33-bus 69-bus system, influence robustness on planning, economy reliability analyzed, validity verified.
